12A: Additional Social Media Resources for My Business

I have been struggling to find additional social media resources to advertise my business.  Since I am trying to establish myself as a credible consultant, I don't know if posting a social on Groupon or Living Social would be smart for political consulting.  "15% off my services to get you elected" seems a bit gimmicky. Facebook and twitter seem to be my best bet for establishing my network, how ever outside of my main resources I would like to try expanding to LinkedIn, Tumblr, and Google +.  I chose LinkedIn and Google + for networking and information growth, and Tumblr which is a medium many in the industry enjoy following.
